Recently, most area of China have rainstorms and great temperature drop, especially in our location. The rainy day has greatly affects our production schedule.

 

The one who is familiar with makeup brush production must know that weather has great affects on the production process. The main reason is the humid environment is bad for painting and logo drying.

 

To customize makeup brushes from us, most customers have their own requirements on the handle color, and also require their own logo to be printed on the handle. Therefore, we need to paint the handles to the required color, and after the handle becomes completely dry, we can then print the logo on the handle, and only after the logo also completely dry, we can do the assemble.

 

The drying of painting and logo are mostly depends on the weather, in the sunny and dry days, this process can be finished quickly, while in moist and cool days, it will need much more days. Although the makeup brush manufacturer can also use big electric fans to speed up the airflow, it can not help too much in moist day.

 

Therefore, if we meet continue rainy day during the production, it must will delay the production. For example, our normal production lead time is 30 days, although we have been in consideration of some rainy days in this period, if it rains for about 20 days or more, the production period must been more than 35 days. That is also why the lead time in summer is shorter than in winter.

 

To support customers, we always try best to meet the required delivery date, but if we delay several days due to the weather reason, we really hope to get understanding from customers, after all, we can not control any weather or environment factor.

 

 

Racoon hair fpr makeup brushes

We usually use goat hair for large brushes such as powder and blush brushes, pony hair or sable hair for small brushes such as eyeshadow brush and blending brush. Here we would like to introduce another kind of hair material, called racoon hair

Greyish , brown tail hair from mammal found in North America . Is very soft and has execellent springback. The double toned hair is generally used for high -grade makeup brushes.

Mostly, the racoon hair is used in fan brush, the hair is very soft and can sweep extra powders. The racoon hair is rather expensive, therefore, due to cost consideration, normal brushes will not choose racoon hair.

Some may wonder how expensive the racoon hair is. Well, most users are very familiar with pony hair, the price of racoon hair is about 4 times of pony hair. So it is much better than pony hair. However, racoon hair is not as good as sable hair.

To save cost, even some high grade makeup brushes will not use racoon hair for all brushes, they will use racoon hair only for small brushes such as eye brushes and blending brushes. For the large brushes, they will use goat hair instead.

Some customers would like to custom makeup brush set with all racoon hair, that is totally no problem. However, we hope customers can understand that the price will be rather high, especially the large brushes which will in need of a lot of hairs. Some customers do not know the racoon hair well enough, so they require racoon hair due to the good quality, but after getting quotation, they can not understand why the makeup brush manufacturer quote so high price, and do not trust the makeup brush manufacturer any more.

Customers should know that real racoon hair is rather expensive, there is imitated racoon hair in the market, which is much chaper than real racoon hair. If you require makeu brushes with racoon hair, and get very cheaper price, be careful that must be imitaed racoon hair.

Real samples are the best for quotation

Some customers can not understand why the makeup brush manfuacturers always require real samples for quotation during customizing makeup brushes. As they have specified their detailed requirements on the material/size/color of the brush bristle/ferrule/handle/logo, they believe these information will be enough for quotation. However, detailed description is not always enough, for example the bristle material and workmanship.

 

Recently, we received an inquiry from a customer who have sent us their detailed requirements on the required makeup brushes including the brush drawing and notes of the material and color of each part. Therefore, we quoted accordingly. However, they are surprised by our price and said our price is 50% higher than their current price. We realize that something must be wrong, as our cost will never so higher than others. Therefore, we try to communciate with the customer and get the real samples from them. After evaluating their samples, we know where is the problem. Customer requires #10 goat hair for their brushes, but there are so many grades for #10 goat hair, so we quoted the best grade, but the real material of customer’s real samples are with much lower grade #10 goat hair. Therefore, we requote according to the exact hair grade and customer feels very satisfied with our price.

 

The workmanship is another factor which is not so easy to clarify and explain, but as a manual product, without knowing the requirement on the workmanship, it is not easy to offer exact quotation of the brushes. Different workmanship will cause great difference on price.

 

Sometimes, customers are not so professional on the material and workmanship, so they can not specify exact material grade, which will cause misunderstanding of the makeup brush factory. Therefore, the best effective and safty way is to send real samples to the makeup brush factory, then the factory will know customer’s exact requirements on material and workmanship from the samples.

 

Therefore, during custom makeup brushes, if you have real samples in hand, or if they are available, it will be the best if you can send the samples to us.

 

 

A good makeup brush

During customizing makeup brushes from the makeup brush manufacturers, customers must have their own requirements on the brush material, size and color etc. Therefore, during production  inspection or warehouse-out inspection, the makeup brush manufacturers should carefully check if the makeup brushes meet all these requirements.

However, besides customers’ special requirements, there are normal quality standards which apply to all makeup brushes, no matter the hair is top grade or low grade, the ferrule is copper or aluminum, the handle is black or red, the logo is silk printing or hot stamping.

All kinds of makeup brushes should meet the basic quality requirements, including but not limited to the following:

1. No serious bristle falling, it is known that most bristles are animal hair, it is normal to have several bristle falling at the very beginning. Our QA team will sweep them for more than 40 times to check if there are many bristles falling.

2. No glue hint on the ferrule and handle;

3. No bristles clipped among the ferrule;

4. No metal burrs on ferrule;

5. Bristles,ferrules and handles connect well, no invisible gap

6. Ferrules can not be easily extracted from handle

7. Hair, ferrule and handle color should be meet customers' requirement, no color difference;

8. Proper logo printing;

9. Proper package

In a word, no matter what is the grade level of the makeup brushes, they should have good apperance, and no big problem during applying. It is the best that customers can know these requirements during customizing makeup brushes

The shaping of eye brushes and lip brushes

To reach certain makeup effect, some brush bristles may need to have special shape. Some can be shaped by finishing or cutting, such as the angled blush brushes or angled eyebrow brushes. The angled blush brushes can be shaped during hair mounding; the angled eyebrow brushes can be shaped by cutting bristles. By the way, some may wonder why not cut the blush brushes too, that will be much easier for workers. That is because most blush brushes are made of animal hairs, which will become stiff after cutting, while the eyebrow brushes are made of synthetic hairs which will keep the softness after cutting.

Anyway, some bristles can not be shaped by finishing or cutting, and have to be shaped by special glue. For example, the pencil brushes, the eye liner brushes and lip brushes. These brushes require all bristles to be gathered into the center, such effect can not be reached by manual. Therefore, the makeup brush manufacturers will use some green (environmental protective) glue to fix the shape of bristles. Then after cetain period, the bristles will keep the shape even the glue is removed, dried or washed.

Usually, some glues will become powders after drying.If not, before shipment, the makeup brush factory will remove the glue by washing, because the glued bristles will be very stiff for makeup apply. Therefore, users will not find the existance of the glue.

Since the glue has been removed before shipment, some bristles may become deformed after reaching customers or users, even if we have add some tubes on some brush heads such as lip brushes to avoid of such deformation during shipment. However, such deformation will not affect the makeup effect, as the whole bristles are still gathering. If users really care such deformation, you can reshape the bristles by fixing them into a place for certain period, then they will be back to the normal shape.

Why not specify MOQ on website？

Many customers would like to customize makeup brushes with their own logos; however, some hesitate due to our MOQ. Therefore, to save time of both sides, we usually tell them about of our MOQ requirement at the very beginning.

After getting customers’ inquiry, we will firstly ask customers what kind of brushes they required, and then will tell them our MOQ for these makeup brushes. Some customers will ask of MOQ requirement at the first email, however, our MOQ varies according to different brush types.

For example, if customers would like to customize makeup brushes equal to MAC quality or even much better than MAC brushes, our MOQ will be 500pcs for each item; or if the brushes are with top grade and much better than MAC brushes, however, the hairs are very rare, the MOQ will be  more than 500pcs or less than 500pcs depends on material situation; if customers want to order normal brushes, the MOQ will be 1000pcs each; if low grade brushes, the MOQ will be 2000pcs; if mini brushes for makeup boxes, the MOQ will be 10000pcs…Therefore, we can not tell customers our MOQ without knowing what kind of brushes the customers need.

That is also why most makeup brush manufacturers do not specify our MOQ on our website. If customers plan to order MAC equivalents, they must be scared after seeing the 10000pcs MOQ requirement on our website, and will never consider doing business with us; oppositely, if we indicate that our MOQ is 500pcs each on our website, and customers want to order mini brushes, they will feel cheated if we finally tell them the MOQ should be 10000pcs, which will greatly affect our fames and will waste the time of both sides.

Therefore, our MOQ varies according to exact brush type, material and size. Unlike the standard part, most makeup brushes are customized, so we need to feedback customers according to specific and exact situation.

The logo fee of silk printing

Having been in makeup brush industry for so many years, more than 90% of our customers would like to engrave their own company name or logo on the brushes they ordered. They hope to promote their brands through this way.

However, some customers hang back due to the logo fee. They believe the fee to have their logo printed on the brushes must be very expensive and maybe some kind of unaffordable for them. It is really a misunderstanding. Usually, most customers would like to use silk printing for their logos. Here we would like to introduce some information on logo fee of silk printing.

The logo fee of silk printing includes plate fee and printing fee. Plate fee is one-off fee, that means customers do not need to pay the plate fee for each order, and if the logo size of the whole set is the same, they only need to pay one plate fee. 1 plate fee is less than USD100.0. Although customers need to pay printing fee for each brush, the printing fee is very cheap, less than RMB1.0 for each brush.

Therefore, if customers want to check samples first and print logo on the samples, the whole sample fee may raise a lot, especially once they want to see different samples with different handle and logo sizes. The logo fee may the main part of the sample fee. However, if customers confirm the samples and would like to order large quantity, they will no need to pay the plate fee again, as above mentioned, plate fee is one-off fee.

To save cost, some customers prefer no logo for samples. Once they confirm the sample quality and place large orders with their logo, we may waiver the logo fee including plate fee and printing fee. Of course, at this situation, customers have not seen the logo effect, so before mass production, we will firstly send pictures or samples of the brushes with logo for customers’ confirmation, and ensure the logo style and printing can meet customers’ requirements.

The shaping of makeup brush hairs

Many customers like MAC brush very much, especially the hair shape. Therefore, during custom makeup brushes from the makeup brush factory, they will require exact copy of MAC brushes; however, some customers finally find that their brush hairs can not reach the same appearance as MAC brushes, even if the quality and touching is the same.

Some customers can not understand why some brush hairs fray out but MAC brush hairs can centralize and keep good shape.

The key is the hair processing during makeup brush production. Besides Sterilization, combing Hairs and mounding hairs, to reach good appearance, the workers should also washing and shaping hairs with special solution, so that the hairs can keep shapes after drying, and will not fray out or deform.

The washing and shaping of brush hairs will need some time, and the cost is not low, so to save time and cost, some makeup brush manufacturers cancel such step, which will cause the hairs fray out or deform after certain period. Also, if the order quantity is too low, the manufacturers will also skip such process. Usually, such process will require 5000pcs MOQ at least.

In fact, the shaping process of makeup brushes will not have great affect on usage, although perfect shape will bring perfect makeup. Its biggest influence is on appearance. If customers do not pay much attention on small difference, it is also ok and normal to skip such step after clear communication with the makeup brush factory.

The mold for makeup brush hairs and ferrules

If customers want to customize makeup brushes with their special design, they will know that the makeup brush manufacturers need to develop molds for plastic handles. But if they do not require plastic handles but wooden handle or mental handle, some will believe that no mold is needed during production.

It is really a misunderstanding. If customers have their own design on the makeup brushes, or if the makeup brushes have special design on the shape and size, the manufacturers will need to develop molds for each part- hair, ferrule and handle.

For hairs, if customers require special shape for the brush heads, the manufacturers will need to develop a certain mold and insert the hairs into the mold to reach required shape. The hair mold is usually plastic, and as it is very small, the mold fee is not too high.

For ferrules, if the ferrule shape and size are not the same as normal, the manufacturers also need to develop mold for it. Otherwise, it is impossible to ensure that each ferrule will reach required shape and size. The ferrule mold is usually metal, so is expensive than hair mold.

For plastic handles, no need to repeat again, mold is essential. For wooden handles, also need certain mold to ensure shape and size.

Most customers do not realize the molds for hairs and ferrules, that is because the makeup brush manufacturers usually do not additionally charge the mold for hairs and ferrules, they usually include the molding fee into the whole cost, and then share to each brush.

Also due to the low cost, the molds for hairs and ferrules are easy to break or damage. Therefore, if customers place repeat orders for a makeup brush, after long time usage and damage, the mold may be broken, and require new mold for it.

The logo printing methods

Today, we would like to introduce the logo printing types for makeup brushes.

 

For the customers who want to customize makeup brushes with their own logos, they must have their own design on the logos. Some logos may have one color, some may have two or more colors; some logos may only contain characters or letters, while some may also contain pictures or brush numbers…No matter what is the logo design, it is the same for the makeup brush manufacturer to print the logo on the brush handle, as long as customers have no certain requirement on the printing type.

 

The most common logo printing is silk printing and hot stamping, we have explained their difference in previous articles. The Bobbi Brown makeup brushes are with silk printing logo, the MAC makeup brushes are with hot stamping logo. If customers’ logos are complex and have high demand on colors, hot stamping will be better, but the cost and MOQ requirement is higher than silk printing.

 

Some may notice that sigma logo printing is very special, not look like silk printing or hot stamping. In fact, there is another logo printing method, called laser engraving or etching: Laser engraving is the practice of using lasers to engrave logo on the makeup brushes. The technique does not involve the use of inks, nor does it involve tool bits which contact the engraving surface and wear out. These properties distinguish laser engraving from alternative engraving or marking technologies where inks or bit heads have to be replaced regularly. Laser engraving is the way which Sigma prints their logo on makeup brushes. The logo with laser engraving can work as anti-fake, which can prove that the makeup brushes you buy are really from Sigma.

 

During custom makeup brushes, customers should decide the logo printing types according to the logo style and your product positioning. After finishing your logo design, it is better to discuss with your makeup brush factory to check if silk printing/hot stamping/laser engraving is feasible and cost-effective for your logo.

 

Why we need reserved samples for each product？

No matter samples or batch shipment, we should keep reserved samples for each shipment.

 

For samples, if customers would like to have any change on the samples, we can check the reserved samples and do the related modification accordingly. If we send customers samples many times with different versions, we should keep all versions especially the final version, also mark all versions with labels to indicate each change and difference between different versions; if customers confirm the samples and would like to place order, we can arrange the production according to the reserved samples.

 

For batch shipment, we also need to keep reserved samples. If customers are satisfied with our makeup brushes, and would like to place further orders, we can prepare the production according to the reserved samples; if customers have any dissatisfaction on the makeup brushes after getting the shipment, we can immediately check if it is the truth through the reserved samples in stock; if the brushes in our stock are in good condition, then we should send the pictures of our reserved samples and require customers to provide related evidence of such defects. In this way, we will be able to provide enough proof on our brush quality in case of any dispute.

 

Since we specialize in custom makeup brushes, each customer has their own requirement on makeup brushes, reserved samples are especially important for both makeup brush manufacturers and customers. Reserved samples can ensure the makeup brush manufacturers to supply required brushes, and can avoid of unnecessary dispute.

 

 

The influence of hair material to hair color

The most common requirements on makeup brushes is the hair material and hair color, as hair material decides the touch feeling while hair color affect the appearance. During custom makeup brushes, some customers may think the hair color has nothing to do with hair material, they can choose any color no matter what the hair material is. It is somewhat a kind of misunderstanding.

 

For high grade hair material, it is ok to dye into any color or even two or more colors on one brush. But for some low grade goat hair, some colors are not suitable or beautiful. For example, #2 goat hair or SQ goat hair, it is better to be dyed into one color, dark color will be the best. If keep in white color or other light color, it will show some yellow, and looks ugly and unclean. Also, its price is not low, so sometimes we will suggest synthetic color instead of low grade goat hair.

 

Therefore, if customers have any ideas on the makeup brushes, they should firstly discuss with their makeup brush manufacturers and check if all ideas are feasible, which will save time and ensure no problem during production.

 

Although customizing makeup brushes means customers decide what kind of makeup brushes they want, no one can control the limit of the material itself. Sometimes, two ideas can not exist at the same time; one idea may have to be abandoned due to another idea. Therefore, clear and prompt communication between customers and manufacturers is very important to get a satisfied and feasible solution.

Matters need attention during inquiring from forwarder

Usually, we will send makeup brushes via Express, air or sea depending on the weight and size of the shipment. No matter which way, since we can not ship by ourselves, we have to check all details with the forwarders. Firstly, we need to get quotation from the forwarder on the shipment. Here we would like to list some matters that need attention during inquiring from forwarders.

While inquiring from forwarder, we need to offer detailed information to forwarders. The detailed information includes: 1) the detailed address and post code of shipper and consignee; 2) the total weight of the shipment; 3) the detailed size of the shipment. The detailed address of shipper and consignee decide the delivery distance; the weight and size decide the changeable weight. Some may concern why also needs size information? Should the shipping charge only depend on the weight? For this question, please refer to our explanation on Heavy cargo and bulky cargo.  

Some customers would like us to pay the shipping charge and arrange everything on the shipment, while some believe they can get better price from their forwarders. Usually, the shipping charge paid by shipper especially Chinese shipper must be cheaper than by consignee. For example, if the shipment is sent via FEDEX, the charge paid by Chinese shipper may be just USD1000, but if paid by consignee, the charge will be over USD4000.0. Freight prepaid causes no risks to forwarders but freight collect will cause high risks if the consignee is not available or refuse the shipment, therefore freight prepaid must be cheaper than freight collect.

Of course, if the customers have large business in China and have established long-term cooperation with the forwarder, they may get special offer from their forwarders, and can get lower price than shippers. In this case, they certainly should choose their own forwarders. Just ensure that the forwarder will certainly offer such price for the shipment. So it is better to sign a contract with the forwarder for the shipment.

Whatever, no matter ship via our forwarder or customer’s forwarder, we should offer exact information to forwarders, and try to find the best solution for customers in price and service.

Heavy cargo and bulky cargo

Sometimes, customers would like us to pay the shipping charge for them, as they have no fixed forwarder in China and our forwarder can offer them much better price. In this case, we need to firstly estimate the weight of the shipment, get quote from our forwarder in advance, then send the quotation of shipping charge to customers, so that customers can pay the shipping charge to us.

However, if the makeup brushes will be shipped via air or express, during estimating the weight, we should consider if the shipment will be bulky or heavy. If it is heavy cargo, the shipping cost will be the same as estimated, but if it is bulky cargo, the shipping charge will be higher than estimated.

How to distinguish heavy cargo and bulky cargo?

For air shipment, we should firstly understand the bulk weight. According to airlines, if the shipment has small bulk but heavy weight, the shipping charge is calculated by weight; if the shipment has big bulk but light weight, the charge is calculated by bulk, i.e. the so called bulk weight.

The bulk weight =length (cm)*width (cm)*height (cm)/6000

That means if the weight of 1m³ is heavier than 168kg, it is a heavy cargo, the shipping charge depends on actual weight; if the weight of 1m³ is less than 168kg, the charge depends on bulk weight.

For example, if the actual weight of a package is 1kg, but the bulk weigh is 3kg (according to the above formula), the forwarder will consider the package is 3KG.

If the actual weight of a package is 1kg, but the bulk weigh is 0.5kg (according to the above formula), the forwarder will consider the package is 1KG.

Therefore, while estimating the shipment weight, we should also know the shipment size; otherwise, it may cause some loss to us on shipping charge.

Why your makeup brushes are held on customs？

After sending shipments of makeup brushes or the samples, we sometimes get emails from customers which said that the shipments are held on their local customers, which made them very panic as some believe they will not get the shipments any more.

 

In fact, it is normal that the shipments are held in customs, it does not mean that the goods will be leave in customs for ever. If the importer or exporter submit enough and exact documents, the shipments will finally be released from customs.

 

Then why the shipments are held in customs?

 

It is known that there are so huge shipments pass the customs every day. The customs are not able to check all shipments one by one, so they randomly check some shipments by checking the clearance documents offered by importers. If the documents are not enough, misdeclare or not up to local regulations, the customs will pay more attention to the goods and then hold the shipments until they get correct documents.

 

For makeup brushes, the customers/importers should at least submit the invoice and packing list which indicate the quantity and value of the shipment, as well as the detailed description of the makeup brushes, such as the material of the hair, ferrule and handle. If the hair material is animal or wild animal hair, the importers should submit related certificates and approval documents from the makeup brush manufacturers to ensure that the hair will not carry any pathogenic bacteria; if the handle material is wooden, the importers should also submit the fumigation certificate to ensure that no harmful pest etc. If the importers have submitted all essential documents, the customs will not hold the shipment any more.

 

If the makeup brushes are actually natural hair and wooden handle, but the importers declare to be synthetic and plastic on their documents, will also greatly reduce the chance of their shipments to be held on customs, but if they are unfortunately met the unpacking checking, the shipments will also be held on customs, and the makeup brushes will be quarantined at customs until they are tested to be safe

 

So, before custom makeup brushes, customers/importers should completely understand their local regulations on makeup brushes, and require all necessary documents from the makeup brush factory before shipment, then their shipment will not be held on customs.

 

The cost construction of makeup brushes

Many customers may wonder the price construction of the makeup brushes, as they can not understand why some suppliers quote high price while some quote very low price. Here we would like to explain the cost construction of the makeup brushes.

 

For makeup brush factory like us: the cost construction includes: the material cost, the rejection rate, the production cost, the workers’ salary, the operation cost during production, and after adding certain profits, that will be the price we quote customers.

 

Then why different makeup brush manufacturers quote different price. The key points are the material cost, rejection rate and profits. As the production cost, workers’ salary and operation cost are almost the same in China market. For material cost, some bad manufacturers may use inferior material on the brushes, but declare that the brushes are in high grade. For rejection rate, the high grade makeup brushes have higher rejection rate than low grade brushes, so during quotation, we will also consider such cost. We have strict quality inspection system, if the brushes are unqualified, we will need to rework or scrap them, which will cause cost. While some manufacturers have no quality inspection system, and will send brushes to customers no matter they are in good quality or not, so they will have no cost on the rejection rate. For profits, some manufacturers may aim to get profits as more as they can, so they quote rather high price.

Therefore, before customize makeup brushes, customers should know if they cooperate with the factory or dealers, if the factory has strict quality system, and if the factory are reliable enough. Only after understanding details, they can ensure that they will get satisfied makeup brushes.

About sample confirmation

Sample confirmation is a very important step during custom makeup brushes. Since there is no standard on the size/material/color of makeup brushes, the makeup brush factory produces brushes completely accord to customer’s description, no one can ensure the produced brushes are 100% meet customer’s requirements. Therefore, the sample confirmation before mass production is very essential.

If customers offer the prototypes of the brushes they need, the makeup brush factory should exact copy the prototypes including the logo; if customers have no prototypes but only pictures plus description, the makeup brush factory should also try best to send customers the exact brushes.

After getting samples, customers should check ASAP to confirm if the brushes are ok for them. If not, they should immediately tell the makeup brush manufacturer: why not ok? Which part is not ok? How they want the brushes to be? So that the manufacturer can make new samples for confirmation; if ok, they should understand that once they give their confirmation, they should not require any change on the brushes during the mass production, and they would like to get bulk brushes exactly the same as samples.

For the makeup brush manufacturer, once getting customers’ confirmation on samples, they should ensure the bulk brushes should have the same quality and appearance as the samples. If the bulk brushes are found to be inferior to samples, the customers have the right to cancel the order; it is ok if the bulk brushes are in better quality than samples, but the appearance should have no any change. However, since samples are sent to customers to confirm bulk brushes, it is the best that the bulk brushes are exactly the same as samples, otherwise, it may arise some dispute even if the bulk brushes’ quality is better than samples.

Process to attach hairs to brushes

Besides normal makeup brushes, some users may like another kind of makeup brushes which can allow powder to flow through. That means the brush hairs are attached to the powder containers, and the powders can automatically come out through the holes in the hairs bunch, then users can apply the powder onto their faces or bodies.

 

The process to produce such brushes is also different from normal makeup brushes. The normal brush handle will be replaced by powder container which is usually plastics and is designed by customers. The makeup brush factory only needs to attach the bristles according to the powder container. Here we would like to mainly introduce our process to attach bristles:

 

1) The makeup brush factory will firstly make a cup-shape mold, then shape bristles in the mold to get expected bristle shape

2) Wrap the shaped bristles with paper, insert into aluminum ferrule and glue bristles together;

3) Extract the bristles from aluminum ferrule after the glue is dried

4) Punch several holes to allow powder to flow through it

5) insert the bristles into powder container, add thinner (banana oil) to dilute the glue on the bristles, then the glue will stick the bristles to the powder container (after adding thinner, the glue will dissolve, thin and spread around, then will come to the joint area with powder container, so the bristles will stick with powder container after the glue is dried), so the bristles to flow powder will be finished.

 

Therefore, no matter how customers will design their handle, it will be no problem for the makeup brush manufacturer to attach bristles to the handles.
