For high grade hair material, it is ok to dye into any color or even two or more colors on one brush. But for some low grade goat hair, some colors are not suitable or beautiful. For example, #2 goat hair or SQ goat hair, it is better to be dyed into one color, dark color will be the best. If keep in white color or other light color, it will show some yellow, and looks ugly and unclean. Also, its price is not low, so sometimes we will suggest synthetic color instead of low grade goat hair.

Bamboo handle is usually painted transparent painting, so customers can clearly see its texture and color. Sometimes, customers may find the colors of individual handles are different. For example, some handle color is white but some is a little yellow, so they consider it to be a kind of quality problem. Here we want to describe something about the handle color.

It is known that bamboo is very thick, and makeup brush handle is comparatively extremely slim. Due to environment protection and cost consideration, no makeup brush manufacturers will use one bamboo section to produce one handle with the same length. We need to split the thick bamboo section to several pieces to match the diameter of the handle and make full use of all bamboos. The colors of these pieces are different, the outer pieces are a little yellow, but the inner pieces are somewhat whiter. Therefore, the makeup brushes with bamboo handles show little color difference. They are all the original colors of bamboo instead of oxidation or any quality problem.

However, the color difference of the outer bamboo and inner bamboo is slight, so if the makeup brushes with bamboo handles show serious color difference, it should be quality problem. That is because the bamboo will be oxidized in the rainy day. Therefore, the bamboo handle should be painted in time to avoid of such oxidation.

Seaweed powder in makeup brush production

The seaweed powder we mention here is not for skin care, but a kind of synthetic glue powder which is used to stick hairs during makeup brush production. The seaweed powder can be dissolved quickly to transparent glue within cool water, it is a kind of environment-friendly products without poison or pollution, and can thicken, tackify and hold moisture.

Most makeup brush manufacturers will use seaweed powder to stick hairs together during makeup brush production, especially for the makeup brushes which need pointy tips, for example, eye shadow brushes, eyeliner brushes, lip brushes etc.

After the glue made from seaweed powder drying up, it will become powders, so some customers will consider them as dust and really wonder what is the dust and where the dust come from. The synthetic hair

Some may not like makeup brushes with synthetic hair, and many professional makeup artists will tell you that synthetic hair is not good as natural hair due to the powder holding ability.

1.       We should show our understanding on customers, just as us, the customers also want to get profits as much as possible. It is understandable that they need lower price;

2.       We should tell the customers of our advantages, it is known that price is not the only standard to evaluate a good makeup brush manufacturer or supplier. We should specify our advantages on high level service and good quality makeup brushes;

3.       We should ask customer why they think the price is high, if they compare the price with the makeup brushes with the same quality grade, with the same material. It is known that the price of makeup brushes with different material will vary a lot.

4.       If we really have space to reduce the price, remember do not just reduce the price without change any other terms. For example, we can agree to reduce the price on condition that increase the MOQ or prolong the lead time, it can also show our strict quotation system.

Chinchilla hair is considered the softest in the world and is thirty times softer than human hair.

Chinchillas have the highest fur density of any land animal with more than 20,000 hairs per square cm. whereas humans grow one hair from each follicle, a chinchilla has more than fifty hairs from a single follicle.

Some information on squirrel hair?

Squirrel hair is a thin hair with a pointed tip and a more or less uniform body. It is soft and absorbent, and it has a natural affinity for itself, which means that when a brush made of squirrel hair is fully wet, it can come to an exceptionally fine point.
