Hot melt glue is to insert the glue rod into electrical glue gun, and after electrified, the glue rod will melt, then workers insert the handle into ferrule to finish the assembly. The hot melt glue will quickly dry in several seconds and are easier for workers to do brush assembly. If handle falls off from ferrule after certain period, users just use lighter to bake the bottom ferrule where connects handles for several seconds. Then the original glue melt, users can insert the handle into ferrule to do the assemble again. It is very easy and every one can do it, the only thing is to be careful in case of hurt by hot ferrule.

The glue rod has quality level, good glue rods are very strong, so brush heads seldom fall off from brush handles, while bad glue rods are weak in stickiness, so brush heads may apart from handles after some period. AB glue is a kind of fragile glue and very strong which is seldom fall off. But it is more difficult to assemble makeup brushes with AB glue as it is fluid.
