The MOQ of our makeup brushes

Most customers will ask a same question before they decide to custom makeup brushes from a makeup brush factory, that is: what is the MOQ of your makeup brushes?

 

We can totally understand why they ask such question: for the first order to a not so familiar makeup brush manufacturer, they should be cautious and place some trial orders. While the makeup brush factory usually has the MOQ requirement.

 

Then why we have such requirement on MOQ since the makeup brush is a kind of manual work? If fact, the most important reason is the raw material, such as the handles, bristles and ferrule. As the customers would like to custom makeup brushes with its own design and style, that will need the material in different size, shape and color.

 

Take the handle for example; a customer would like to have red wooden handle, while we need to buy the wooden handle from our suppliers, and the supplier have their own MOQ because the wooden painting needs enough quantity. Therefore, if the makeup brush order quantity is too less for painting, the wooden supplier will not accept the order. That is also the situation on bristles and ferrules, and is the reason why makeup brush factory has MOQ requirement.

 

Some may ask: then what is the MOQ of your makeup brushes? I should say that it depends, for mini makeup brushes, the MOQ is 5000pcs to 10000pcs; for individual makeup brushes, the MOQ maybe 1000pcs or more or less; for high-grade makeup brush set, the MOQ may be only 200pcs, so it depends on the brush type you need..
