The price situation of makeup brushes

International situation:

1.       Appreciation of RMB, or in another world devaluation of USD dollar. It is easy to understand, for example, in 2007, if you plan to custom makeup brushes from China, and you would like to get quotation in USD dollars. The makeup brush factory will evaluate their production cost first, and then finalize their quotation to you, say the price is RMB10.0, then they will translate the price into USD dollar, that will be USD1.25 (base on the USD:RMB exchange rate is 8:1); but if it is in 2011, the exchange rate is 6.4:1, with the same RMB price level, the USD price will be USD1.56. Although there is no change on the makeup brush cost, the export price really raised due to the fluctuation in exchange rate.

2.       Price increase of oil on the international market. These years, the oil price increases a lot, it is an international case. Oil is a base; its price change will affect all other industry including makeup brushes. For those industries whose production material includes oil, the whole cost will definitely be affected by the oil price change. Even if the product will not use oil, due to the oil price change, the transportation cost will be higher, then the whole cost of a goods will also be higher

3.       The Chinese government Regulation and control: To improve the lives of all citizens, in recent years, the Chinese government has released a lot of regulations. To improve the workers salary is one of the most important regulations. Still comparing with 2007, the workers salary has increased by more than 25%, and since makeup brush is a manual work, the labor cost takes a great role in the whole product cost, so the unit price will must increase.

4.       Other reflects: including the price increase of individual material or bull operations etc

 

In a word, the whole price level of the makeup brush is increased, even if in a short time it may be reduced, the situation and current of makeup brush price will keep increasing.
