Production order of makeup brushes

As long as you not a makeup brush wholesaler but a makeup brush manufacturer, besides the sales of makeup brushes, you should pay much attention on other things, such as manufacturing etc.

 

For a makeup brush factory, production and quality is sometimes more important than sales, so it must have its own system to arrange makeup brush production and control makeup brush quality.

 

Toney has received a lot of orders to custom makeup brushes, or some customers may be interested in certain existing makeup brushes and prefer to wholesale our makeup brushes.

 

Once getting the orders, no matter custom makeup brushes or wholesale makeup brushes, our sales will release a production order to the production department who will then arrange the production accordingly.

 

The production order will include all necessary information, such as the customer name, the PO#, makeup brush P/N, order quantity, required delivery date, detailed size and material of the confirmed samples, as well as the detailed package requirement.

 

After getting the production order, the production department will firstly check the inventory quantity, get known the required production quantity; and then contact with purchasing department for raw material.
