The trading company should leave at least 5-10 days for delivery

Despite of the conflicts and competition between the makeup brush factory and trading company, as a factory, we do realize the importance of the trading company, they are more professional and skillful than us; many of our orders are come from the trading company. We even can say that the makeup brush factory can not live alone without the trading company.

 

However, conflicts are also unavoidable; one of the biggest conflicts is the delivery time. It is known that the biggest advantage of Chinese factory is low price, not quality or delivery. Many factories may have quality problem, but as a professional makeup brush manufacturer, we do not have quality problem, just some conflicts with the trading company on the delivery time.

 

Everyone should understand that there are so many unexpected problems during production, it is very possible to delay the production 2-3 days, so while confirming with the trading company, we always leave 3-5 days for ourselves. But sometimes, the orders are very urgent, and the trading company requires us to give them the best delivery time, so we have to tell them our best delivery time, but we always clearly tell them that it is the best time, if something happens, may not meet such time. Some experienced sales in the trading company will know that they should leave at least 5-10 days as their delivery date to their customers in case of any accidents. But some unprofessional sales will not realize this, and offer the same delivery date to the customers. If the production can not be finished on the delivery date, the sales in the trading company will blame us and push again and again. It will sometimes affect the brush quality due to the urgent push.

 

As the factory, we know we should try our best to offer the best delivery time and finish the production on that date, but we can not always promise the best delivery time; we know that for the brushes that need international shipments, the delivery date should be exact and no delay are permitted; we also know that the trading company may have their own concern when they offer the best delivery time to the customers, but we sincerely suggest that they should leave at least 5-10 days for themselves in case of any delay.

 

For example, during custom makeup brushes, the delivery date we offer the trading company is August 15^th; the delivery date on the agreement between the trading company and customers should be August 25^th. So even the production delay 2-3 days, that will be ok.
