The bottleneck of makeup brush sales

Due to the particularity of makeup brush industry- the end users are individuals not companies, and each individuals has own preference on makeup brush types, so not like many standard industrial parts, most customers prefer custom makeup brushes. Such particularity causes the difficulty for makeup brush production and this is the reason why the makeup brush manufacturers have requirement on order quantity.

While, the sales at makeup brush factory must notice that most inquiries are from distributors/traders or stores which will require small order quantity, some may just need 100pcs, it is really impossible to accept such orders. Therefore, although we get many inquiries every day, just few inquiries will finally transfer to orders.

The MOQ and order quantity conflicts are the biggest bottleneck of makeup brush sales.

We understand the distributors/traders/stores can not consume large quantity within short time, as most of them just sell brushes on web shop; their customers are individuals who have no strong purchasing power and no need to buy so many brushes for themselves, one person just needs one brush set.

While as makeup brush factories, we really need enough quantity to start the production. We are eager to establish cooperation with cosmetics factories or suppliers who have great local or worldwide fames, like MAC, BB, SIGMA etc, but it is too hard to become the suppliers of big brands, therefore, most makeup brush factories choose to cooperate with trading companies who can give them orders with large quantity, but the profit becomes much lower.

How shall we avoid such bottleneck? Do you have any ideas?
