Egyptians originally invented makeup

Makeup was first invented by the ancient Egyptians. Although they didnt have the makeup we have today, they made there own. They used kohl and berries to make color on there face, as we use blush today. They also used fruit juices to make color for there lips, like the lipstick or gloss we use today. If you want to know about who invented there makeup we use today, Maybelline, Max Factor and Revlon were the first companies to produce items like mascara, face powders and lipsticks. Those three items were the first products every made around 1914
