If customers are not satisfied with brushes

Although we always send samples for customers’ confirmation before mass production, sometimes, customers are still unsatisfied with the brushes maybe on quality or package or color, and require support of the makeup brush manufacturer.

In fact, if the brushes are the same as samples which are confirmed by customers, it is not the responsibility of makeup brush manufacturer even if the customers are not satisfied. However, considering long term cooperation, and as professional and responsible makeup brush manufacturers, we always try our best to support our customers to resolve any problem.

If customers are not satisfied with the brushes, they should feedback to the makeup brush manufacturer once receive the brushes. As the makeup brush manufacturer may still have some material in stock at that time and can immediately send replacements to customers. But if customers feedback the situation after 1 month or even longer, it is really hard for the brush manufacturer to resolve the problem.

Recently, a customer sends us an email to require urgent support. They ordered brushes from us in last June, and after getting the shipment, they said they were very satisfied with everything. However, now they said one of their customers was not satisfied with the case color and would like to have 30 replacements. Since it has been more than half an year, it is really hard for us to send some replacements, as the material has been used up; if order new material, we have to order material for 500pcs at one time, it is really not cost-effective.

Anyway, we are still trying to solve the problem for customers. Hope we can find out a good way to support our customers immediately.

Just hope that customers can be more careful in sample confirmation and can feedback any question ASAP once getting the shipments.
