Dior: the date code is usually four numbers, the first number represent year, for example, 4D01 represents that the makeup is manufactured in 2004, if 5D01, it represents that the makeup is manufactured in 2005. The second number represents month, A, B, C to M represents Jan, Feb, March to December (as the letter I is very similar to the Arabic numeral 1, it is easy to confuse, so the number I is skipped) , for example, 3L01 represents that the makeup is manufactured in 2003 Nov.

 

Biotherm: the date code is usually C+ one letter+ three numbers. For example, CB234 represents that manufacturing date is the 234^th day in 2005. Here C represents the origin (France), B represents year 2005, A represents 2004, B is 2005, C is 2006, D is 2007, The rest can be done in the same manner, however, there is no Z, just to Y, then back to A.

 

Estée Lander: three numbers for date code, for example B34, the last number 4 represents 2004, 3 represents March, B represents Origin.
