About the quality problems

No makeup brush manufacturer can promise their brushes can always 100% satisfy customers. Sometimes, we certainly have improved our brush quality, but customers may find some problem in other aspects such as package or delivery. Of course, customers have their rights to point out the problem and require perfect makeup brushes. Then what the makeup brush manufacturer should do after getting such complaints from customers?
 
Firstly, we should immediately check if it is the truth: if it is about the brush quality/printing, we should check the spare parts in stock; if the brushes in our stock are in good condition, then we should send the pictures of our spare parts and require customers to provide related evidence of such defects. Sometimes, it may because delivery damage. Anyway, no matter the defects are caused by brush itself or delivery damage, as professional makeup brush manufacturer, we should take these complaints seriously and implement related corrective actions to ensure such problem will not appear again.
 
No matter what is the problem, we should keep timely communication with customers, try our best to handle problems and minimize the loss of both sides. Now, due to economic crisis, many Chinese makeup brush manufacturers gain very low margin in order to win customers and keep the normal operation of the company. So if customers require returning all brushes, it will be a great loss or disaster to the makeup brush factory. Therefore, we should sincerely handle such complaints and gain customers’ forgiveness if the quality problem is not serious, most important, we should send customers our corrective actions to show our sincerity and ensure such problem will never happen again.
