In fact, such issue happens on not only makeup brush industry but also all the manufacturing industries. This year, due to the pressure from worldwide, Chinese government pays much attention on environment protection; they overhaul all related industries which may have potential air pollution risks: Chemical industry, clothing industry, machining industry, painting industry etc. Many factories are forced to stop production, some can only work at night.. It is really a big hit to manufacturing industry.
For makeup brush industry, the inspected parts include: ferrule oxidation, handle painting, packaging etc. The situation is: we get orders from customers, all other materials have been ready, but just cannot get ferrules, as the ferrule supplier is under inspection and cannot produce the ferrules for us, or the supplier who survives from the inspection is just too busy. The same situation on handle and packaging. Also, to ensure the brush quality, it is risky to frequently change the supplier, so we have to wait till the inspection is passed.
As a professional makeup brush factory, we will try our best and do whatever we can do to expedite the shipment, but it is government action, we really can control few things. We need to get understanding from our customers on this issue.
