The best after-sales service can not surpass good quality

Good after-sales is essential to the whole marketing, especially for some electrical and high-tech products. Take air-condition for example, after paying, the consumers will need the company or store to deliver and install the air-condition; and it will inevitably have some problem or question during its warranty period, but the users are not professional in checking or maintaining, so they have to ask the staff of the air-condition company to help with such problem, this is called after-service.  If without such after-service, no consumer dare to buy the product, so after-service is a part of marketing.

For makeup brushes, after-service is also very important. For example, if customers find any quality problem once unpacking, we will need to submit acceptable solutions to customers. But the after-service for makeup brushes is mostly quality problem. If the makeup brushes are good enough, no customers will need after-service. Due to the product characteristics, the makeup brush manufacturers do not need to install or maintain the makeup brushes, so the most important is quality.

The whole process will waste a lot of money and time for both sides; customer may miss the best period for marketing and brand promotion; manufacture must afford the shipping charge of returns and repeat delivery, as well as the production cost for new products.

We always try our best to offer satisfied makeup brushes to our customers. If customers want to custom makeup brushes from us, we confirm every details with customers before production, which including the detailed requirements on appearance, quality, packing and lead time. Also before mass production, we send the finished samples or pictures for customer’s confirmation; before shipment, we also send pictures of brushes and packages for customer’s final confirmation. Just to ensure that everything can meet customer requirements.

For us, no after-service is our greatest achievement, that means our brushes have reached customer’s requirements. If customers do not need our after-service, it is the best affirmation to us.
