refillable makeup brush

It’s unbelievable what the makeup industry comes up with sometimes. A new trend on a design that isn’t necessarily new but a bit more noticed now, the refillable makeup brush. It’s a bit more common in the professional makeup industry, often seen there as makeup is needed quick and fast between each shot sometimes. In that business you need stuff ready to go in a few seconds and these bad boys are the best.
Of course you don’t need to be a pro to get the benefits of these kinds of makeup brushes. With a refillable powder brush, you can put your loose powder into a little chamber in your makeup brush and get it flowing into your brush end usually with a few clicks. This does depend on the make and model of the brush but this way is pretty common. These kinds of brushes are great to have on the go, this way you can have your brush and powder in one rather than 2 separate items you need to carry and keep track of. These are not suggested for a full application as it would be much easier to use your standard brush and powder. BUT! These are fantastic to have for touch ups on the go.
Typically, there will be a small chamber where you would put your powder. Be sure not to fill these up as you probably aren’t going to use all that much in one run. The brush end will either be protected with a cap or a retractable type of mechanic. The powder will be distributed usually by clicking the end like you would a mechanical pencil. Some devices don’t use any clicking but just gravity to distribute through the bristles. In the end they all have the same purpose, to be able to travel without having to carry both a compact and a brush.
The refillable makeup brushes that do not use a pump to get the powder out work just as well as the ones that do really. However some of them do come with a dial that allows you to adjust the flow of the powder. You may want to consider if you are not looking into getting one with a pump. The bristle type comes in many forms from cheap plastic to natural hair of whatever type you want. Obviously prices vary too but they are not much more expensive then a regular makeup brush of similar quality. The pump and the dial versions will be more expensive than the plain ones.
